Using locally sourced, seasonal produce means we are a revolving door of flavours. Sometimes our neighbours’ backyard beehive has some extra honey that finds its way into our truffles, or maybe we’ve picked up an especially beautiful bottle of wine that simply can’t exist without being enveloped in dreamy chocolate; whatever is going on in our world, you’ll probably find it in a chocolate.

Our Story

Chocolate Moments was developed by Gerrard Gosens and his talented wife, Heather. Famous for his career as a Paralympian and motivational speaker, Gerrard has a unique approach to tasting and making chocolate as he is blind!

With a heightened sense of smell and taste, Gerrard has a sophisticated palette and big expectations when it comes to taste. Unable to distinguish between chocolate flavours without having Heather read him the menu on the back of the box, Gerard was determined to create a sensational ‘Chocolate Moment’ for everyone which required only taste and smell to fully experience.
